स्टेज-II मूल्यांकन का उद्देश्य कई विषयों में होनहार खेल प्रतिभाओं का आकलन और पहचान करना था। आयोजन से पहले, स्टेज-II मूल्यांकन के लिए बुलाए गए सभी शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए छात्रों को डीएसयू/डीएसएस वेबसाइट, ईमेल पर पोस्ट किए गए परिपत्रों के माध्यम से सूचित किया गया था और उनके पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबरों पर संपर्क स्थापित किया गया था। उन्हें उनके पंजीकृत मेल आईडी पर प्रवेश पत्र भी भेजे गए थे जिसमें परीक्षणों की अनुसूची शामिल थी। दिल्ली स्पोर्ट्स स्कूल में प्रवेश के लिए दिल्ली/एनसीआर से बाहर से आने वाले छात्रों के लिए निःशुल्क आवास व्यवस्था की गई थी, ताकि स्टेज-II मूल्यांकन के दौरान उनकी सुविधा सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
शैक्षणिक सत्र 2025-26 के लिए दिल्ली स्पोर्ट्स स्कूल में प्रवेश के लिए टैलेंट स्काउटिंग के स्टेज-I में भाग लेने वाले छात्रों में से लगभग 566 छात्रों को स्टेज-II मूल्यांकन के लिए चुना गया। आश्चर्यजनक रूप से, आमंत्रित छात्रों में से लगभग 90 प्रतिशत ने इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया, जिससे खेल उत्कृष्टता के प्रति उनका उत्साह और प्रतिबद्धता प्रदर्शित हुई।

डीएसयू और डीएसएस के अधिकारियों और प्रशिक्षकों की विशेषज्ञ देखरेख में यह आयोजन सुचारू रूप से चला, जिसमें प्रतिभागियों की भागीदारी, भोजन और आवास के लिए सभी व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की गईं। आयोजन टीम के समर्पित प्रयासों और छात्रों की उत्साही प्रतिक्रिया ने इस आयोजन की समग्र सफलता में योगदान दिया।
